So that’s what a Team Z group OUTDOOR workout is like! Did you go to the Saturday Monocacy group ride or the Sunday group run? Or maybe you ran the Cherry Blossom not quite Ten Miler. Important Announcements and Reminders for this week

 

  • Our member’s only website is awesome, but fairly new. As a result, you may find some mistakes or inconsistencies between what is stated for workouts on the website calendar and the weekly emails. In addition, there are invariably things that are out of our control that will force us to move or reschedule and event. We are apologize for the confusion and are working to make sure they are in synch. Please continue to use the member’s website, but always double check by reading your messages from the coaches and Kim for the latest and most current info.
  • UPDATE ON ALL THINGS DISNEY WEEKEND 2016– Holy Mickey Mouse! The response to our Disney World 2016 message has been overwhelming! With family and friends being included, this could become one our biggest team races ever!

*** FOR NOW, PLEASE HOLD OFF ON YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT RACE REGISTRATIONS, LODGING, PRE-RACE DINNER, EVENTS, GROUP FLIGHTS ETC. *** 

Our Team Z Disney Coordinator, Anne Forney (Colman), has been deluged, overwhelmed and pummeled with emails requesting more info. We know you’re all excited, but hang tight Team Z Nation.  We’re not keeping any info from you. Let Anne come up for air. As soon as we have more detailed info for you, we will send it out to the team. PROMISE!

 

Here is the latest info: If you missed our Friday deadline, you have two options:

1)      There is now a waiting list for race registration slots. If you want your name included, please email Anne before Monday, April 20 and request to be added to the wait list. Include your name, what race you want to do (eg 5 k, 1/2, goofy) and whether you want to get a room with the team (please specify if you are looking to share or if your family is planning to come how many rooms you need). If you have spouses, children, siblings or parents that are also going to race (and get their registration through the group) please send me their information, which race as well as their email so we can have an email list of Disney participants. 2)      When April 28 arrives, register for the race. The wait list is not any sort of guarantee, so this may be the way to go.

 

Again, thanks for your unbridled enthusiasm for all things Disney. As soon as there is more concrete details, we will send it out to the team.
