Group Training
Team Z is a supportive community of athletes ranging in age and ability level, all moving towards personal excellence and fun. We work diligently to make sure everyone feels like they have a home on our team, whether you are a beginner triathlete looking for step-by-step guidance, or an experienced iron distance racer. Accessible and expert coaches and workout leaders
Online training plans for people of all levels and backgrounds
Specific training plans for sprint, olympic and ironman distance races
Training plans tailored for triathlon, aquabike, duathlon, and aquathon events
Winter Season training plans for 5k, 10k, 1/2 and full marathons
Weekly opportunities to train on a track, on your bike, or at a swim practice
Open water swims, 5-ks, 10-ks, and other non-triathlon races
Race-day support and help with registration, travel, and race logistics
Countess clinics designed to educate and support on all aspects of racing
Supported weekend rides and runs with post workout socials including sag drivers, barbecues (and of course, ice cream!)
