Team Z is an adult triathlon training program in Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia, and Maryland for people of all experience and fitness levels. Team Z offers one of the most inclusive, social, and organized triathlon training environments in the country. Ed Zerkle
Ed has taught people to swim and participate in triathlon for more than 25 years and has helped adults of all backgrounds to achieve personal goals that exceeded their wildest expectations. Ed teaches triathlon by building a sense of community and focusing on fun. Ed believes it’s important to work hard to achieve goals AND have fun spending time with teammates along the way. Ed has proven time and time again that you CAN be a successful and serious athlete and enjoy yourself at the same time.
