Thanks to all who showed up or contributed to the Crawfish Boil to support the fight to cure Multiple Sclerosis. It was great to see so much support for a cause that’s so personal to us.  Congrats to our Zers who completed the Westfield’s Triathlon. This race traditionally attracts a lot of newbies and it’s a great way to “get your feet wet” before tackling bigger challenges.

By the way, to those who attended the Haymarket group ride or the Millbrook Quarry open water swim: Well done! The weather was perfect for a ride and we had Zers who completed their very first open water swim. Good for you!

Prepare yourself Team Z. Our first outdoor team triathlon race takes place this weekend in Charlottesville, VA. Strap yourself in and buckle that bike helmet. The next six months will be crazy awesome!

  • Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! Registration for the 2016 Walt Disney World ® Marathon Weekend will open TUESDAY, April 28, 2015 at Noon EST!!! Need I say more?
  • The Cycling Injury Prevention, Technique, Fit & Bike Maintenance Clinic has been rescheduled for this upcoming Sunday, May 4 at 3:00 PM. More deets to follow in the weekend email.
  • Have you completed your profiles on the member’s only website? If so, awesome. If not, please do so. It’s important for to get to know all of you a little better. It’s not just you. I also have to finish my profile.
  • Boyce Elementary is listed as one of the weekend rides for this weekend. We just did this ride last weekend, so be aware that in addition to the Sunday Monocacy ride, we will be changing the location of the Saturday group ride. More deets to follow in the weekend email.
