Happy Holidays!
Temptation is there to “shut it down” for a few days. Stay focused M-F, please. You’ll see some easy stuff this weekend so you can focus on that! But don’t blow of the weekday workouts this week or next.
Before the big March Race weekend – We only have

- and then taper

1. Important Updates for THIS week (please read!)
- No Boot camp on Wed at Herndon. Yes we have track. We will start it back up after the holiday. We have a new boot camp instructor who will lead us out there moving forwards.
- Reminder: Monday night PRR Arlington run is a Christmas Lights Run. There is a 1.5 mile route, and a bit longer. You can pretty much go as long or short as you like – very easy route to “edit” if you choose.
- Monday night Post-PRR Arlington Happy Hour/Dinner is at Big Buns vice Applebees (7:15)
- NO LYON VILLAGE 6 AM BOOT CAMP NEXT MONDAY, THE 26TH

- 7:15/7:30 Post PRR Arlington Social Run at Big Buns (Arlington)
Tuesday:
- 6:30 PM Group Spin at Bethesda Fresh Bikes (Bethesda)
- 6:30 PM Group Spin at The Morse Garage (Alexandria)
- 6:30 PM Group Spin at The Reston Association (Reston)
Wednesday:
- 6:00 AM Track Practice at Coolidge HS (DC/Md)
- 6:00 AM Track Practice at W&L High School (Arlington)
- 6:30 PM Track Practice at W&L High School AND Boot Camp at 7:30 PM (Arlington)
- 6:30 PM Track Practice at Herndon High School NO BOOT CAMP THIS WEEK (Reston)
Thursday:
- 6:30 PM Group Spin at Lyon Village (Arlington)
Friday:
- Yoga at Simon Says
