The week of 9/1 in Team Z MD/DC

I just got back from Virginia Beach so please excuse the late email. It was nice but super humid. No complaints and I needed a mental break. We’ve got recovery week happy hour and then Nations Triathlon race this weekend in our back yard. Next weekend will be Savageman race weekend. Team Z is relentless!
