Important Announcements and Reminders for this week
– There is a possibility of refreezing of the roads and sidewalks for Tuesday morning. As of right now, all Tuesday workouts are scheduled take place. If I hear of any delays or cancellations, I will post to both the yahoo groups and Facebook.

Group Run: Anacostia Park River Trail. Washington, DC Runs from 4-14 miles. 9 am start.
Group Ride: Walmart, Haymarket, VA. Rides from 1-4 hours. 9:00 AM start time and ride ends by 1:00 PM-no exceptions. Please pick the appropriate distance for your capabilities.
