– There is a possibility of refreezing of the roads and sidewalks for Tuesday morning. As of right now, all Tuesday workouts are scheduled take place. If I hear of any delays or cancellations, I will post to both the yahoo groups and Facebook.

Group Run:     Algonkian Park-Sterling, VA. Runs from 4-14 miles. 9:00 AM start time

 

Sunday

Group Run:   Anacostia Park River Trail. Washington, DC   Runs from 4-14 miles.   9 am start.
