In this email:

Saturday Run Location and Clinic Location have changed due to conflicts with running in the city (two planned races that could upset our plans).

  1. Saturday Run will be from Vienna Caboose – 9 am.  8 am start for those running over 2 hours.
  2. I must leave and shut down the team run by 11:00 AM sharp (clinic at 11:30).  Plan accordingly please.
  3. Saturday Clinic will be at Coach Ed’s house at 11:30 AM – UNLESS the Caboose Brewery gives us permission to use a quiet space for the clinic.  As of now – we are at Coach Ed’s.  I will confirm when I hear from the brewery.  No news = Coach Ed’s at 11:30 on Saturday.

*Note that on Saturday after the run is a clinic on  Cycling Safety/Etiquette, and Cycling Technique Clinic. THERE ARE LIKELY 50 OF YOU WHO SHOULD ATTEND!  For example, if you don’t know what two fingers displayed on the back of the rider in front of you…you need to be here.  Don’t know the most dangerous obstacle on a trail or road when riding?  Come find out. More details below.
